The cold weather kept up over the weekend so I spent a lot of it indoors at my parents house watching movies, cooking, eating and snuggling on the couch with the dogs. I did however bundle up and venture out into the cold a few times. I am a Canadian after all, I can survive the cold! And I (of course) visited the church sale and came back with lots of goodies – somebody stop me! (but don’t).
By the way, I tried a new recipe for meatless eggplant ‘meatballs’ which was delicious and I will have to share with you all soon. It is so damn easy, probably a new staple in my veggie diet.
