Another monday, another weekend recap. Saturday we got some much needed sun and took advantage by walking around the city, enjoying the sidewalk sale, going up the mountain, to a hair appointment, checking garage sales and eating ice cream along the way. I found 2 pairs of shorts, a dress (buttons all the way up/down the back) a tank top, a cardigan, a crochet change purse and a canning jar handle for – wait for it – 6$ in total.
On Sunday, my sister and I went down to surprise my dad for father’s day. He claimed he was suspicious that we may surprise him but we knew he was plotting the murder of 2 ungrateful daughters who wouldn’t even visit him for father’s day. We made too much food as usual and had a nice family lunch/dinner.
Looking forward to the long weekends coming up, 2 days is just never enough.
