The funny thing about summer is that you only have so many weekends to enjoy the nice weather and you end up running around every weekend and never being home. I haven’t spent a weekend at home in a month now. Not that I am complaining – I’ve been camping, spending weekends in the country, visiting friends… it’s hardly painful. Unless you count the bug bites.
This weekend, we went up to Ottawa to see Bjork play at the bluesfest. We killed a few birds with one stone and visited a few friends, a baby and some cats & dogs along the way.
Next weekend I plan on staying in Montreal and enjoying the city. Or maybe just hibernating in Matt’s AC-filled condo for 2 days.
