SIMPLE MOMENTS // 11

My sister Tracey turned 30 this weekend. I wanted to make it a memorable night for her. Mission accomplished. I made a little surprise stop between dinner and clubbing (I may have shuddered as I typed that last word). I borrowed a friend’s condo in the area and we decorated and cooked cupcakes for Tracey and her friends. I made a cardboard cutout of Steph’s head (the other sister who lives in Australia) and got her to make a little video I showed Tracey. I brought a blindfold to dinner and let all her friends in on the plan. Then we kidnapped her and brought her to the secret location where we drank wine and champagne, ate the cupcakes and did a little photoshoot with the girls.

It was lots of fun but I am more than happy that both my sisters’ surprise 30th birthdays are now done with. And I hope they realize they owe me big time now. I will be expecting a rainbow unicorn on my 30th. Take note ladies.
