My friend Merl wrote a great post yesterday about thrift/vintage store halloween costumes and I wanted to share it all with you. People often end up in the thrift store around halloween season to pick out items to create an original (or just affordable) costume. Merl shows some great examples of vintage pieces that can be used for halloween costumes and still be great additions to your modern closet once dress-up time is over. Although really, who gets to say when dress up time is really over?
