Jentine aka Yen is a master thrifter. Trust me, I’ve been in her closet. It’s like narnia, a secret world, just off her bedroom. Bec is the ice queen and Kyle is that half goat guy. Oh and those are her cats by the way. Amazing closet aside, she’s pretty rad. Most importantly though, she’s also a fellow Canadian.
Yen talks fashion, hilarious nonsense and cats on her blog my edit. She’s a pro at mixing new and old and is a great inspiration for how you can look great with original vintage pieces. And it will only cost you a handful of loonies (I had to throw in the canadian reference). To top it all, she has the model bod to pull off any crazy sparkly or fuzzy thing she gets her hands on. Whenever I find a gem of a vintage piece that will unfortunately make me look like I’m playing dressup in my someone’s mom’s clothes – I reluctantly decide she needs to have it.
