My sister was in town from Australia for a few weeks and we took the opportunity to celebrate her recent engagement to the Aussie who stole her away from us (!!) I kid, I’m excited for free room and board when I finally decide to go down under and say ‘that’s not a knife, THIS is a knife’ much to all Aussies’ chagrin. It was a great opportunity to get family and friends all in one spot. A spot filled with food, beer, patron, and a couple of dogs. I saw cousins I hadn’t seen in 12 (yes, TWELVE) years and we all practiced celebrating – so we will be ready for July 2015 when the real party happens.
