I’m a little late on this one – I hadn’t originally planned on writing a post about Osheaga – a 3 day music festival here in Montreal. However, when I was cleaning out my memory card, I thought the photos were worth sharing.
We arrived int he late afternoon, just in time to see Father John Misty (probably the highlight of the day for me) and stayed for about a total of 5 hours, until we just could no longer deal with the ever-growing crowd of people. We ate poutine and sipped on rhum lemonade and beer on chunks of fake grass while people watching, soaking in the sun and the tunes. Though we showed our age by leaving fairly clean and fairly sober, it was a great way to spend a sunday. And I got to see enough ‘festival fashion’ to last me a lifetime.
